      Pros

      Business strategy will yield growth. Working conditions are difficult in Memphis, but leadership definitely cares about us associates and does many things to try to keep us safe and overcome the Memphis heat. Expectations are realistic. There are growth opportunities here also.

      Cons

      Facility is not air conditioned and the summer months are very hot. There is only one way in and out of the facility from the main road.
