      Radial NEEDS better management!

      Pros

      Great people, Comfortable Work Area, Security throughout the day, Easy, and fun training sessions. I liked that there were several verticals at this location. The pay could of been better.

      Cons

      Several Managers lack the experience needed for their position. Team leads seem to only be there for the money. No room for advancement, and arrogant management. Certain management "Seasonal/Core" were seen gossiping, and playing! Some of the management overlooked your efforts. Communication between management and agents was extremely poor. Some created vertical drama. and made the atmosphere feel depressing at times.

      There are a lot of great opportunity for individuals. Benefits are good overall.

      Too many changes and no longer value employees. People at all levels have had enough.
