      Pros

      Hands on experience managing a data center. Variety of work, desktops, peripherals, servers, and even networking. Relaxed supervisor.

      Cons

      On-call compensation, no direct relationship with supervisor as he is in the Atlanta location. Was able to contribute my skills with a rather large corporate-wide IT team.

      Used to be good, but no longer

      Pros

      A lot of PTO for full timers.

      Cons

      PTO gets forced out for any missed time. Don't get sick before your family vacation. Mandatory overtime almost every week. Don't bother trying to have a personal life. Nearly impossible to advance. If you're a temp trying to convert to full time and have bounced a check in the last 10 years, you will be automatically fired.

      Pros

      I could take tons of breaks. Don't have a manager on your back. You are just left to do your job

      Cons

      When we got our pto time we were told we could use it when and how we wanted it. Months later they informed us we also HAD to use it when we called off, or left early. Even if we didn't want to use it. It's hot as hell in the warehouse hardly any fans on second and third floors.
