      Pros

      We have a fantastic HR team filled with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The key word is "team" as we work together to harmonize policies and practices across the organization. I'm very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such talented individuals.

      Cons

      We are in the process of merging 2 companies, but our leadership team is focused on our continued success and harmonization.

      Pros

      Decent benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, even pet insurance), work-from-home allowed, I had a great direct manager and great co-workers, on-site gym and cafeteria, site-wide happy hours once a month.

      Cons

      A lot of cronyism, a lot of employee turnover, frequent rounds of layoffs, no diversity in executive leadership (all white men)
