Pros

- Place is relatively clean to work at for a warehouse - Benefits (NOT pay) is decent - Takes workplace safety very seriously - Break time is paid

Cons

- Poor planning when it comes to staffing workers and the amounts of units opened - Pay is underrated (a little bit above minimum wage), very little emergency days and vacation hours are used for an assortment of reasons (i.e sick day) other than just vacation or time off - Unstable hours and forced to work beyond shift time in some cases - Time off requests have a high denial rate - Favoritism is palpable inside workplace - Very limited growth opportunities within the company and is often rigged - Management doesn't care about employee needs, doesn't handle complaints well and is passive-aggressive with its worker - Stressful when work is busy - Turnover rate is steady - Very little to no support from management - Work/life balance is dismal

Pros

Awesome training manager, good people, excellent morale, great benefits. I love the work from home days and the various knowledgeable coworkers. Different platforms of the job where you can get cross training.

Cons

Completely none. The staff here are excellent

Pros

I have no pros to say bout the company

Cons

I'm employee at radial in Martinsville VA I can not understand why a company of radial reputation would purchase a company that is failing to make a profit leave the same management in control because there is nothing getting done because there is no one to report to if you have a problem cause they are all to personally connected and handle all problems on a personally level instead of business level they just sweep it under the "friendship rug" to cover each others backs in my opinion for this company to make a profit they need to clean house and do away with old management and get fresh management in that is interested in making a profit and the business other then being afraid of making the other department head mad instead of solving the problem that is coming out of that department
