      Managers and soups are inexperience and don’t have the qualifications for the job like they’re learning on the job and upper management is too scared to enforce policies and procedures, and plays favorites

      - Some automation - Pay was improving but is still all over the place - Flexible time off

      Cons

      - Managers in Walton are demoted but pay not adjusted, this creates a big pay discrepancy within supervisors - Managers in Walton are either fired right away or moved all over the place. I don't want to be in their shoes. - Management tells us not to do things like ship orders ahead yet, when we get busy, they want us to ship orders ahead
