Pros
Radial does promote well internally. While pay is low to industry standards, Radial does provide a path for career growth.
Cons
Unfortunately, when things aren't going well, blame always goes towards lower management. With low wages compared to industry standards, the inability to fill positions is standard, and production shortages are expected to be made up of long hours of salaried employees.
