      You can work from home.

      Long hours Increased product knowledge but no pay raise Favoritism Horrible Upper Management Outrageous policies/procedures No ability to move up unless you are management's favorite. Don’t get on the maganements bad side or they will blackball you.

      Cons

      Management is a nightmare. The company was sold 3 times in the almost 8 years I worked there, each time getting worse and worse. Hours/weekends/holidays. No true room for growth.
