      Plenty hours and overtime available for peak season only.

      Cons

      Overworked, no fairness. Company handpicked associates for jobs others had applied for that had experience. They lie to their temps and dismiss them without notice. Policies were not followed. No respect given.

      There is exactly ZERO Pros.

      Cons

      They allow you to work in the freezing cold. They don't turn the heat on. The attitudes of Management was the worst I have been around in all my 50 yrs. of being employed. The lack of education by these managers at Radial astounds me. On top of that, they are flat out liars and gutless cowards. Mostly temps work there. No drug screening, they hire anyone. BEWARE, If your a decent person you have got to stay away from this place!!!

      They have Good peak season pay.

      Cons

      -A lot of walking and pulling a heavy cart throughout different floors. -They fire people for gap time (time not working , going all the way to the bathroom on the first floor but you on the third level) -Disorganized -chaotic -Very,Very rude and unprofessional staff
