      Alot of managment freedom. Not very many standards to uphold.

      Work-life balance is not available. Worked many hours. Bad communication on managment team as a whole.

      Easy to get hired. Some verticals (depts) are really great to work in. There are a lot of various schedule options since they are a 24 hour business.

      Cons

      Many verticals (depts) are soul-sucking experiences. Promotions are often dependent on who in the company you have befriended, instead of skill and talent.
