      Pros

      Supe and manager were good on my shift. Many others were horrible, especially the new femaie director and the new Sr Ops guy. That is about it for positives.

      Cons

      I was there 3 years....in 2021, we worked 10 hours or more at least 3 days a week, and 42 weeks of the year. Sometimes, it was 5- 10 hour days. They could not or would not hire enough people. Overtime is nice, but after so many weeks in a row, it just gets old. Also hourly rate too low.
