      Pros

      Access to leaders in all departments of the company. You get back what you put in. There is top talent throughout the organization. I feel that my contributions matter and the work I do is important for my business partners and the company.

      Cons

      I am unsure of the impact of our branding. We are a vibrant growing eCommerce organization but we haven't seemed to promote the company as effectively as might be beneficial.

      Everyone is leaving engineering, probably because CTO is a nightmare leader

      Great developers to work with, lotta smart people

      Cons

      CTO does not know how to lead, promotes people who have no idea how to lead, many VPs & directors are just yes men and women who have no clue what they are doing, but know how to make CTO happy. People under them pay the price. Two of the good directors left at same time, and now everyone good is leaving.
