The company has hitched their fortunes to providing ecommerce middleware & supporting software that are that most are hitched to a dying business - brick and mortar retail. Many of their big clients are either bankrupt or on life support. In an era of automobiles Radial is still making buggy whips.
Don't expect much facetime with family during the holidays. Its all hands on deck for just about the entire company from October - Christmas.
The company has been through numerous buyouts, most recently by bpost which seems to have underestimated the company's expenses related to benefits. I'd expect them to continue to cut headcount & benefits to keep their investors happy.
