      Had it's ups and downs but sounds like they are doing good now

      - Decent Salary - Decent time off if you are there long enough - Decent staff

      Cons

      - Promotions seem to go to friends of management and not hard workers - Sometimes they give you a bad review for no reason so they don't have to give you a raise - Sometimes they give you a bad review for no reason so they can downsize cheaply

      Pros

      The environment was awesome. I worked with a great group of people including my supervisor and managers. I even left for another job opportunity, hated it there, and within 30 days called my supervisor at Radian and asked to come back. I was at my old desk the next day. Great place to work.

      Cons

      No challenges that I can remember. I only have fond memories of my time at Radian.
