      Pros

      Interesting work. Great people for the most part. Empowerment, autonomy. I experienced no micro-managing. If you're capable they get out of your way and let you get on with it.

      Cons

      Poor systems & tech support. Distressed industry with little opportunity for financial reward. A lot of knowlegable people let go and the brain drain is telling.

      Pros

      They pay well and have a decent benefits package compared to the rest of the corporate world.

      Cons

      Building is very out of date with drop ceiling. Bathrooms have rules on how to use them. "Flush" should not be something you need to say to your employee's. Management is enormously top heavy and watered down with process. No wonder they're losing money. And still literally the guy who got them and played a part of all of the US getting into this mess is still there.
