      great work life balance, especially during and after COVID, with HR department focused on carrying out DEI initiatives, learning, leadership training, employee engagement and employee retention. Company mission and high level strategic vision from senior management is very clear and inspiring.

      Cons

      conflicts amongst business and funtional groups that need to be worked around on strategic executions. But nothing out of the ordinary for a large company with multiple subsidiaries and disparate teams.
