      Great benefits and pto structure. Decent pay. Remote work environment.

      Cons

      No growth. No goal planning. High turnover rates because they only care about volume turnover and SLAs for the entry level roles.

      Pros

      I enjoyed my time with Radian. They are a large company that cares about their employees to a degree...always had top notch business technology, even when working from home. Generous benefits and vacation pay, bosses never quibbled about needing a day off to take care of my mom when she was sick, affordable health insurance and no UNPAID or mandatory overtime.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, like all mortgage related businesses in late 2022, they laid off 1/3 of their staff that was mostly absorbed by the underwriting department. Tech, HR & C class folks were mostly unaffected by the massive layoffs. I thought I would retire from Radian, but I guess there are other things I need to do before I go!
