      - Colleagues were wonderful - Benefits & pay were good - Culture was great (though this is diminishing)

      Cons

      - Management continually lets great talent leave, then backfills for a higher graded position. - No effort made to develop lower level employees. - HR is beginning to look like everyone came from the same 3 companies. - with layoffs and changing direction so much in the last couple of years, vision of path forward is really unclear for employees.
