Not A Bad Place to Work But Could do a lot Better

Pros

- Good Salary and Benefits. - Culture is OK. - Core business is solid. - Very positive view of remote work.

Cons

- Layoffs seem to be based on a Ouija Board board or Russian Roulette. Either way, they make absolutely no sense. - Communication from management is poor and often ambiguous. - Gets into 'side projects' outside of their core business which are doomed from the start because upper management fails to do their homework. - Middle management is basically AWOL.

Good benefits, decent pay, wants to innovate.

Cons

Very bad legacy technology, extremely toxic culture and HR, Tech and other divisions constantly fight each other. No clue how to innovate, Homegenius is a joke and its imploding. Constant secret lay-offs and revenue decline. Fear of innovation. Pathetic leadership team.
