      Company values, benefits, bonus, office, upper management

      Cons

      Behind closed doors, in my department, direct managers were catty, disrespectful, and incompetent. A lot of lying, unfairness, and favoritism. They make sure their friends gets ahead. Example: do not train an employee of many years, but bring someone from another Dept. with irrelevant job experience and shaped to promotion, due to age. Discourages team work and divide subordinates, in fear of secrets coming up to surface. Doesn’t make a difference what you do/put in. Told to shut up and just do your job, no matter if it’s wrong.
