      1. This company provides opportunities for learning and advancement. I've worked with great competent managers who have encouraged to keep up the tech stack 2. I've been part of a huge complex project that has recently been successfully implemented. The upper management showed exceptional leadership qualities and guidance in the success of the project 3. Clear FinTech vision that reflects on the roadmap and recent acquisitions. I'm also part of these teams that have been given independence to manage infrastructure, resources and to implement using top of the line technologies
