Micromanaging. Constant addiction of responsibilities. Sr. Mgmt never satisfied with production and your goals increase every 6 months. Your pay and commission are lowered as you grow the business which is completely opposite of what one would expect! Greedy when it comes to pay! Old school mentality. Everyone afraid to speak up. Sr. Mgmt keeps adding additional services that you must sell. No potential for growth or increase in pay
