      Pros

      Pleasant people. Decent benefits package, including a fair amount of paid national holidays.

      Cons

      Stilted pay. It is fairly difficult to advance in this organization. If you are an entry level employee, you will have true difficulty finding a foothold in professional progress because the professional growth you see in the company is heavily insulated. The resources for professional development initiatives broadcasted to spur employees to advance within this organization are admirable but sadly superficial.

      Great manager, learned a lot, great company with a vision and mission that is easy to buy into and understand. It was a pleasure to work there

      as a remote employee sometime information is not received on a current basis but this was not really a big deal
