      Pros

      Great People/ Team. Company was acquired by Assured Guaranty.

      Cons

      Company was sold. In runoff since 2008, no real advancement opportunities after 2011.

      Pros

      The benefits are very good. I have a really good HMO policy and very reasonable vision and dental plans with minima co-pays. The salaries are good as well and Radian is a company that pays very good bonuses.

      Cons

      It is becoming less comfortable to work there. Management is beginning to be very micro-managing making it less of a great place to work every day.
