      Mortgage Insurance has been a stable business in a rough economic time and Radian has invested in AI and other tech investments over that last few years.

      Cons

      There has been a steady contraction in number of employees. The remaining employees are expected to do more with less.

      constant layoffs abusive managers no work life balance homegenius is a sinking ship- everyone from the program is being laiid off executives who can’t “read the room” and listen to their customers severely outdated technology/ legacy systems
