Radian Research is an excellent company to work for. The atmosphere is made up of a management team that cares about their employees, and wants to help them grow and succeed. I consider Radians company leaders as mentors that were pertinent in my career development and progression. I have held four different positions at Radian, and can satisfactorily say that hard work pays off in this environment. As Radian is an employee owned company, the atmosphere is always based around continuously finding ways to improve ourselves. I truly feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with my fellow team of employee owners each and every day. The experiences I have had, and the people I have met in my role have been life changing for me, and I'm truly grateful.
