Pros
Radiance is employee-owned, and the company puts a lot of effort into providing great benefits for the employees, as it's in everyone's best interest for the employees to be happy. Benefits get better every year! Radiance is known to promote from within, rather than hiring leadership externally. Because of this, there's generally a lot of room for growth and promotion in the company.
Cons
As with most government contractors, there is the occasional potential for lack of job security. That being said, when contracts fall through at Radiance, they do everything they can to find work for employees that lose work coverage so that they don't have to lay employees off.
