      Pros

      Learning new abilities in all departments.

      Cons

      You will never know who's vandalizing, breaking inside of your car, drinking, leaving alcoholic cans and bottles at the parking lot, same employees or random people. The building has cameras and illegal activities are still going on, you can report that and HR with upper management are irritated or lazy to even investigate or check on them, I hope they work.

      No career growth. Lack of promotions. Pay is on the lower end. Management is disconnected from their employees. Lack of direction for the future.
