Pros

Really great group of people to work with. Lots of opportunity for career advancement (within Radiometer and Danaher). Very competitive salary and benefits. Complex but incredibly cool products that really make a difference in healthcare. Small-company feel with large-company capability. Good work-life balance. Lots of opportunity for autonomy when it's earned.

Cons

Goal-setting can sometimes feel too lofty. Firefighting on manufacturing floor can feel burdensome.
