Pros

Good salary and if you like firefighting all the time, this is the place for you.

Cons

Lack of or cumbersome processes, making it difficult to work. Lots of people are leaving, but management does not seem open and honest about why.

Pros

Great products, excellent market share, and fantastic customer service, little or no micro-managing

Cons

Pay is below standards, there is a clique in the executive who manipulates the GM. Radiometer is owned by Danaher corporation which has some very USA-centric policies that can cause difficulties when applying in Australia. Danish head office is very conservative which means innovative ideas and products take much too long to come to market. Like many others, supply lines are affected due to COVID and global political issues
