Good salary if you can bargain. Relaxed work culture like government job (Indian railways) No late-night meetings Free food, free cab, leaves, Insurance, etc

Cons

You will forget latest technologies after joining. Many people getting salary without doing any real work. Manager are named as Engineering Managers, but they are the most non - technical people manager like a postman to do 101 and appraisal, least bothered about employee career and growth. Women pampering under the name of diversity and inclusion.

Great products, excellent market share, and fantastic customer service, little or no micro-managing

Cons

Pay is below standards, there is a clique in the executive who manipulates the GM. Radiometer is owned by Danaher corporation which has some very USA-centric policies that can cause difficulties when applying in Australia. Danish head office is very conservative which means innovative ideas and products take much too long to come to market. Like many others, supply lines are affected due to COVID and global political issues
