Pros

Danaher influence has been mostly positive. I enjoyed working there but was disappointed in how the move from OH to CA was handled.

Cons

Moved US HQ from OH to CA in 2015 and filled key positions with Danes. Americans in OH lost their jobs with the move -- some who were good performers and willing to relocate. Danes on H1B visas currently hold positions that do not require specialized skills and should have been offered to the Ohioans willing to move or to Californians.

Pros

Friendly Working Environment. Co-workers are nice to each other

Cons

Supervisors are idiots. They refuse to give promotion to the people who actually accomplish something. The management only award people who can stab each other's back. Supervisor will keep an employee around as long that person act as the supervisor's pet regardless how bad the employee is.
