Pros

As a part of Danaher there are many career advancement opportunities. The people are smart and hard working. Work environment supports people's views. Managers listen to subordinates. Discussion oriented approach to everything. A lot of planning and common sense used.

Cons

Approach is not aggressive. Things are scrutinized to huge extent.(Common in medical companies). Niche technologies are discussed but not put into use. Work can get monotonous. But can be discussed with managers.

good company benefits, relaxed working environment, matrix organization, good hiring system.

Cons

Below corporate policy is not working: family working in the same department is not tolerant; respect different cultures and diversity. Families working under the same department is allowed, unemployed families are hired, and lower managers must be family's good friends, families support each other, employees appeared worried and afraid, different cultures are not always welcomed by a few families, if you are international expats, be very cautious before sign on the job contract. The employment might be ended worse than never get hired by them. Smart HR: asked all new hires fulfill online company reviews immediately after the new hire training.
