      Gives inhuman treatment to non-managers

      Cons

      Supervisors thrive on confusing people and/or not allowing them room to progress. Supervisor's policy at SenDx: 'Never let people under you succeed. If you see them succeeding, pull them down. Never allow growth of employees since if employees learn, they are a threat'. Only incompetent employees with no people skills are made supervisors. Danaher should investigate this company.

      good and supporting people, lot of positive vibes, engaging environment. i am having a good time here. Management is more open and listening to the needs. Flexible work environment

      The benefits from parent company (Danaher) are pretty good.

      Cons

      High turn around for younger employees in the production areas. Tightened the belt over the multiple management changes. Multiple layoffs. Lack of respect between departments on production floor.
