Pros

Good products although differences among competitors are minor. Salaries are competitive and Radiometer is part of Danaher. Field employees are great.

Cons

Recent management change with current President lacking experience. Organization is run by marketing rather than sales which presents significant challenges.

Pros

Nothing to think about. Pros is that I could get out of this place on time without going crazy.

Cons

Worst work life balance. Would force employees to come and work over weekends. Meager pay, maximum work. Rude people. Supervisors enjoy mis-management. First, second, third shift! If they could, they would make people work on same pay for All three shifts under horrible working conditions.
