Pros

Good product and best in quality. If you want to spend long time then always smile, keep on saying big words, never expect growth, always show your concern for the target achievement whether it is achievable or not.

Cons

No clear objectives, confusion in what they are expecting and how,

Pros

Not many pros, except for most of the employees their are very good and friendly people. Diverse.

Cons

favoritism, shady and backstabbing. Some of the management staff are unprofessional. Terminates their good employees . Take advantage of you. No communication. Management never listens or takes your words into consideration unless you're one of their favorites. They will retaliate and terminate you if they find out you want to leave. I was doing all my leads work and he would take credit for it. No room for growth or advancement. Yearly raises are only a couple cents.
