      Pros

      Excellent work - life balance. Reponsibilities neatly spelled out, nothing extra is usually added. Middle management is working management. Excellent benefits, Salaries very competitive for job title.

      Cons

      Upper Management is clueless as to what it really takes to work "in the trenches" and views everyone as replaceable without thought. Very political..."open door policy" will hit you in the butt Owned by danaher which means you could be sold, or merged at any time. Nearly impossible to move up without leaving the company due to extreme experience requirements. Has no culture, or values, bottom line is the almighty $$

      Pros

      Small company feel; technology driven, focused on being a market leader with high quality products and services. I really enjoyed my time at Radiometer and would gladly work for them again. They offer an opportunity to work in the medical device industry and global exposure.

      Cons

      Challenges with delivering on technology; Danaher Business System (DBS) can stifle the innovative prowess of this organization.
