      A Great Global Industry has Opportunity

      Pros

      Mostly really good people working hard. Leaders are smart, caring and know the scrap industry. The scrap industry is short of good employees to run the business as many are going to retire in the next 10-15 years.

      Cons

      Metals are cyclical and global markets are tough.

      Pros

      Great pay, lots of paid vacation, opportunities for advancement. Great hands on training.

      Cons

      Health benefits have decreased over the years. Lots of scrutiny on your job, lots of accusations of theft, nepotism, not enough investigation by HR when there are complaints filed. Many employees fear retaliation for reporting code of conduct issues.

      Great company to work for, lots of growth opportunities if you work hard and do your job well. Great management team that genuinely cares about employees.

      Site is not most ideal work environment but company is actively working on improving conditions for employees.
