      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, some of the coworkers are great

      Cons

      They promote according to who kisses up to proper upper echelon. They say that they care about their employees and have a number that you can call if something unsavory happens but all it is for is to cover their own backs. If you are one of the "privileged ones" then you can get away with anything. I eventually left when I saw that I would never be promoted despite glowing reviews each year.

      Pros

      Employees get discount, PTO earned every week at 3.4 hrs.

      Cons

      A lot. Equipment not maintained, Corporate is way out of touch. Pay is way to low for the work. Unrealistic number game. Sales Employees (inside workers) and production workers (outside workers) get paid the same even though production employees do way more work. The attendance policy is a joke. They'll give you a max of seven points in a year before termination, but let it snowed and the road be unsafe and you can't make it in. They'll definitely Point you.

      Pros

      4 on 4 off schedule. Profit sharing. 4% 401k match. Paid boots annually. New gym on site. Two weeks of vacation a year starting.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. Paid significantly less than union employees due to production bonus. High responsibility. Lack of respect.
