      Lots of Hard work and low life customers.

      Many. The worse is they treat the employees similar to the junk cars. High turnover.

      Very positive team environment Treats employees with great respect Very profitable and financially driven No question Safety of all and Environment are priorities.

      Cons

      Cascade steel is a stand alone Steel Mill, which makes the exchange of knowledge with other Mills a bit more difficult - great opportunities for improvemnts though....
