Upper management is ruining the company by micromanaging, overworking staff, being nonresponsive, sneaky, using favoritism, and having a very negative or fake attitude. The compensation is not great, they do not care to give employees wage increases outside of their yearly percentage which is pennies to the dollar no matter inflation or cost of living.
