I've found an excellent sense of ownership in my work, supportive teams and a real investment in developing my potential. Employees can find an entrepreneurial environment here if they are ambitious. The company wants to hear your ideas and will support your strategy if you are willing to put in the effort. As a new employee, leadership went out of their way to ensure I was connected throughout the organization so that I could use my skills to demonstrate success. Raftelis has an excellent reputation in the industry and that helps open doors. Really, their reputation makes it seem like a much larger company than it is.

Raftelis is a great employer. Not only do they generally care about your development and success as a professional, but they care about you as an individual. They stress the "work/life balance" which is important to those of us who have families. The new hire process is also excellent with very thorough orientations and knowledgeable employees to help guide you through the process. The mentoring process for new employees is also superb. There is a wealth of knowledgeable people go to for help if any problems arise & they are always willing to help or point you to someone who can. I have been in the work force for almost 25 years & I have never had such a wonderful employer.
