Pros
Management is perfect. They even get down and dirty when needed to help with rail car care and handling. Paid break/meal periods Great cooperation between rail explorer guides. Enjoyable socially distanced contact with tourists who are looking for a fun experience to put the pandemic out of their minds for a couple of hours.
Cons
None... all is good... but expect to work HARD... there are labor intensive moments in order to keep tours on schedule as much as possible
