RailComm - Reeks of Nepotism

Pros

Compared to other companies worked for RailComm has a better than average benefits package. They pick up the tab for dental and vision plans. Good choice of medical plans.

Cons

Environment reeks of nepotism. Too many husband and wife employees (5 pair), many in positions of influence. Too many friends of employees hired. Some, not the best and brightest at their positions. Poor communicators. Interdepartmental communications is nearly non-existent. Poor sales and marketing. No continuous contact with customers or cultivating client relationships. Nearly constantly in react mode.
