Pros

It’s a great remote place to work if you still want to feel connected to your coworkers. Even though the company is fully remote, it doesn’t feel that way. There are plenty of fun engagement activities and opportunities to stay involved, which really help everyone feel part of the team.

Cons

While this is a remote setting, it’s not the right fit for everyone. You need to be comfortable managing your time independently and proactive about asking questions to make sure your communication and understanding are on the same page with the team.

The role is completely remote, if that’s a pro for someone. Consistent work and commission.

Cons

For me, being completely remote was too difficult. It’s a very fast-paced role and requires a lot of multitasking. You have to constantly gauge your time all day. Taking a call just before the end of your day can be fine if it’s a quick one, or could leave you on the phone for another hour.
