Work from home is the only thing I can say.

Cons

Unrealistic targets to hit, management is non existent. Zero support only focused on hitting targets, when they give you a system to work with that don’t work.

Great work environment - colleagues and managers support you all the time. Motivate you to continue to grow and reward you for doing a great job. Flexibility - they will always try to work with you offering a great PTO package. Remote environment where you will still make great friends along the way with amazing work/life balance.
