Pros

Not much, remote work if you get lucky

Cons

Hope you get lucky during the test. If you screw up you're fired. Even if you know what you're doing if Softrip (or any other program) messes up its your fault. Just keep looking for other employment its not worth you wasting your time for a company that fires half the training class before six weeks are up.

Pros

None to speak of, don’t waste your time.

Cons

This company does a large group hire. Makes you wait 3 months to start and trains for 6 weeks only to start picking people off one by one.

Pros

Discovering destinations and places is fun if it's your passion. The pay is also good enough.

Cons

My time in this company was okay at first. The compensation is good, so I had no complaints. But soon enough, the managers started giving me too many different responsibilities. I was eventually forced to wear multiple hats due to the overwhelming amount of workload that I had to accomplish despite some of them being outside of the scope of my position.
