We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoy the opportunities for growth, learning, and the recognition for your hard work, as well as the remote flexibility. We understand that the volume of learning can be demanding, but we believe it’s a key part of building the diverse skills needed to succeed in our environment. I’m happy to share that we now have a structured career path in place, where you can work closely with your manager to guide your professional growth. Pros

I have been with Railbookers Group for the past 3 years and I could not imagine working for a better company. The biggest perk is that we are a fully remote company but we are required to turn on screens in our meetings. I actually love that since it forms bonds with our team even though we do not get to see each other too often. The next one is travel, we all get the amazing opportunity to sign up for one trip a year completely covered by the company. I have been to Austria/Germany with Railbookers, across the US on Amtrak, and leaving in a few months for the Canadian Rockies. Plus we get to attend a yearly Summit, this year we are going to Miami! My manager and the VP of Marketing are the best people and I have total respect for them. Everyone in the company is so warm and caring across all departments.

Cons

Because we are remote, there are strict rules for staying at home and always having 3 screens, while this is great that they provide all of this equipment, I would love a little flexibility to work in another location to give me a little change of scenery.
