      I just started two weeks ago, but the environment has been positive, training has been excellent and they provide a lot of resources to help you succeed.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Remote work. Extensive Training. Great People. A lot of incentive opportunities and great commission on top of base pay.

      Cons

      Competitive. Face paced. Not the best place if you can’t work in a faster paced environment.

      Horrible Booking Tool

      Pros

      Seemed nice at interviews. They are all this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      They don't warn you that you have to pass all of there oral exams. And use their horrible booking tool while some strange manager watches you. Creepy, not real-world call center experience and their agents don't book that way with a caller on the line, they can't because the booking tool is too horrible.
