      Pros

      Good salary, still some people and working technics, pleasant location to live, what else???? Hard to find more resaons now!

      Cons

      I confirmed most of the other reviews: old dictatorial owner with yes man senior staff, the family and team spirit has disappeared. This company was the leader in irrigation, now it is a looser company trying to follow the competition with no long term strategy, only the short termstrategy: profitability to show good P&L to prepare next step.......

      Pros

      Smart, competent, knowledgeable coworkers. Good springboard for the rest of your career. Keep contact with all the employees after you/they leave the company. They will probably be important.

      Cons

      Overworked & underpaid before the recession. Worse now. Management seems to keep employees in perpetual fear of loosing their jobs to drive results. Pay is at about 85-95%. Turnover is ridiculous. Employees fear upper management, especially the directors.

      Pros

      Decent pay, robust processes, commitment to quality, commitment to growth, stable business in tough economy, appears to be economically sound with conservative decisions regarding spending.

      Cons

      More secretive than the CIA. Information is tough to come by, revolving door for many positions, agressive ranking system that fosters distrust.
